Track Your Package

Guide to track your package shipping status.

You will receive order status update email that contain shipping info once we update your shipped. You can also log into your account to ontain your tracking number by following below step:
Step 1: Click Account to Log into your account
Step 2: Click MY ORDERS, you will see your order history.
Step 3: Click VIEW ORDER, to check your order info.
Step 4: Click Shipments, and look for your Tracking Number(s):.
Step 5: Go to to track your package.

Tracking FAQ

1. Where is my tracking number? Why there is no shipping confirmation email?
An automated email that contain your package shipping info will be send to your email once we update your order shipping status, please check your spam mail if you can't find them in your inbox.

2. I have been waiting for long time. Where is my order?
Please note that Standard Registerd Airmail service takes about 9 -25 business days for shipping time, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

3. How to find my order status?
Log into your account and click MY ORDERS, Please find below for status description:

Processing- Purchase are confirmed. Products are in the midst of processing, i.e. packaging, stamping and handling time. Normally, it will take 1-2 days of processing irrespective of the sizes and quantity.
Completed- Products has been ship out..
Pending - Purchase are not confim, you haven't make payment or there is some error in your order. Kindly contact us if payment made.

4. Why my package returned to MapleLens?
Please find below for the possibilities cause,

  1. Address provided are incorrect and recipient unreacheable via phone or email during delivery period.
  2. No one sign & receive the package for consecutive three days at the given address and unreacheable via phone or email during delivery period.
  3. No pick-up at post office for two weeks after notice given.

Once the parcel has been returned to us, we are regret to inform you that you have to pay for the resend shipping cost before the package will be shipped again.

To avoid the disappointment above, please double check your shipping address when making your purchase and please confirm there is someone to sign and receive your package at the given address. Or else, you can always assign the products to deliver to your office or school. To avoid any possibilities of parcel returned, please provide correct phone number and check the shipping status as frequently.

5. What does it mean when tracking status says ‘Clearance delay - Import'?
This means the parcel is being hold for check up or taxation purposes in the countries. Hence please expect delay under these circumstances. MapleLens does not hold any responsibilities for any delay due to custom or taxation regularities of the country. Recipients are of the responsible party to pay for the tax or import duty levies on them.
